No Audio on Seagate back up drive

I finished a project on my Cassie S4000. Created it in FINISH, plugged in my Seagate drive and did Backup Storyboard, named it and
it said Backup succeeded - and indeed I can see the name on the Seagate drive in the drop down menu.
I also used Arabesque to make a DVD .

Played it from Seagate on the TV and - 2 things - the title (Italy holiday) has appeared just as 000 and the date I copied it and secondly there is no audio.
So.. checked the DVD I had made and there is audio.
Checked an older film on the Seagate through the TV and all is well.

So - what am I missing?

Any help gratefully received so I can get another project off my Cassie!

The Backup function has not been made to produce a playable movie. May work, but may also fail... depending on the project settings and selected backup mode (DV/HDV/MTS).

The outdated Bogart 5 should use the MediaManager to export the Storyboard in ~600 different formats, with correct names and most compatible output. Please take a look HERE.

You should also update for free from Bogart 5.5c to the version 5.13, by installing it from the v8.2 DVD. The PAL version can be downloaded HERE

Thank you, Michael, for that advice.
I have solved the problem. I was trying to use Backup Storyboard from the EDIT screen instead of from the MAIN MENU screen.

All solved. Another Senior Moment.
