Hi-

We have a S-3000 that we use at our HS for daily news show, its about 8 years old. This morning it started to freeze when we hit the record button. Tried rebooting several times but no luck...any suggestions on the problem source?

Is your S-3000 booting up from the original 8 year old hard drive? Might be time for a new hard drive. Contact your dealer for advice; you may need to get new unlock codes if you change hardware like the hard drive.
