Bogart 2.0c Audio Issues

I did a clean instal of Bogart 2.0c before I left to go on Thanksgiving Break. Went to use it today and I found two things wrong with the audio-
1) In the video editing screen I can not hear anything when trimming. There is no option to turn on the audio scrubbing.
2) In the audio mix screen I only have 3 audio tracks: camera, mic, and a single musical note - that's it.
Am I missing a new place for these settings or something?

Hi Brent,
1) No audio only in trim? When you play you hear audio?
2)
please check in Install Product if following software is installed and activated:
Bogart 1.3c
Bogart 2.0c
HD Video Edit V1.0c
ProPack 3.1

Yea, only in the trim.

UPDATE:
I went and activated some of our other add ons like the ProPack, fonts and fx (I didn't get around to doing this Wednesday). Now the audio scrub button is there and I have all the audio tracks back. So I guess it doesn't come with those features right out of the box, some add-ons have to be activated first. :?

Brent,
choose trim window and activate audio by hitting the speaker icon,
this should bring back your audio in trim?
BTW the ProPack is needed for many features refer to your SmartEdit 7 manual.
There are 12 different functions handled by the ProPack.

Pro Pack was an expensive, but worth it add on in the days when the Avio was new, hot stuff.

It is what gives you the additional audio tracks beyond the first three and audio scrub capabilities and several other things.

Now Pro pack is considered an intregal part of the system and is included in the price of the Bogart Operating System, but it is a separate software activation.
