Making Moving Stamps/Buttons in ARABESK 4.1

BELOW IS A REPOST AS I HAVE ADDED TWIXTOR TO THE MIX:

Here is an excellent solution to using STILL PATTERNS, DVD BACKGROUNDS found in our software in regards to motion buttons/icons.

Currently, Arabesk 4 will NOT produce moving buttons/chapters if the BACKGROUND in NOT ANIMATED in the CHAPTER menu.

However, placing a selected ANIMATED scene as the BACKGROUND will allow moving Chapters.

As noted above, using a STILL pattern such as the DVD patterns, ARTBAX etc. will prevent the use of a moving Chapter Menu in the ARABESK 4 so far.

SOLUTION: IMPORT a STILL PATTERN or DVD PATTERN from our software list into your scene bin.

Extend the still PATTERN for 30 seconds. Using MOTION PERFECT or TWIXTOR extend the 30 second scene by 2X and RENDER to the scene bin.

NOW.. Simply IMPORT that RENDERED PATTERN/DVD BACKDROP as the BACKGROUND to the CHAPTER MENU.

You can now SELECT SCENE SEQUENCE to your Chapter Menu and have moving icons. The BACKGROUND will remain static as if it was a STILL background due to the lack of motion.

We can now use any still pattern as a DVD BACKDROP and also display a MOTION MENU as well.

It works!!!!

Why not just make your still pattern 10 seconds, or whatever you want, long :?:

Add that as your animated background and there you go . . . or have I had too much sleep ?

Then this limits the STAMP time.
