Does any Cassie software let you resize/position?

I recently saw an online tutorial about keying in certain effects such as gunshots, explosions, rain, etc. using
Windows/Mac-based programs. They all had what was termed a "wireframe" tool which would both re-size and/or
re-position these effects on the precise part of the frame you wanted.
Does any of the Cassie software do this? If so, please give me a semi-detailed tutorial.
No. I'm not going to editing on Windows/Mac-based programs. I love my Cassies (all 4 of them) too much for that.
Just hoping there is some provision for achieving this without have to get it outsourced from someplace else.
Thanks much,
Alan
