MSUS Restructuring

Just seven short years after he rode into the sunset, Eric Kloor's horse was tired. Tired of traveling here and yonder, tired of living on the road, that trusty stead turned around and brought him back home. Thus, it's with great excitement and anticipation we're happy to announce that Eric has come back to run Macrosystem US.
Ready for his next challenge, fresh off a successful venture in India, Eric was looking for his next project. Given the suite of new products, the building enthusiasm for the S 4000, S 2000, the Bogart operating system, Media Manager, and the other ancillary products, Jorg talked him out of retirement. It was an easy sell.
As a daughter division of the German company, the losses sustained over the past seven years were passed upstream to the German AG. Now that the US division is majority owned by Eric Kloor, MSUS will have to be a sustainable enterprise. Sadly, there will be a few staff changes. Most importantly, Chet Davis' role will change. He is no longer a full-time employee, but he will now be a part-time consultant. He's still going to be closely associated with the Casablanca family. In fact, he's so excited about the product line, that he will continue in his position as Casablanca expert, product master and trainer. He's started a company named CasablancaExpert.com and will continue to offer webinars twice a month on various aspects of the Casablanca products. Chet's thrilled to continue a deep affiliation with Macrosystem and the Casablanca product line.
Eric will take on much of Chet's dealer sales and support functions. Our promise is to continue to provide the cutting-edge editing products and world-class service we're known for at Macrosystem. And, as always, thank you for your continued support over these years.
