Casablanca won't play its own burned discs

Hello! I just upgraded my burning software to Arabesk 5.6. It makes the discs and I'm able to play them in 2 different blu ray players and several DVD players. They look great. And before upgrading one of my Blu Ray players would not play anything Sd or HD that I burned on my Casablanca S-4000 Pro so I was glad to see the discs are more compatible now. But there is this. Once I burn a disc and then try to play it in Media Manager, after 5min or so I get a message "Invalid Disc", or it is just stuck on "Loading" forever and never plays. What's going there? Also though I have "Verfiy" disc checked in the settings of Arabesk, it does not verify the disc after burned. The manual says if you have this box unchecked the machine will ask if you want to verify after burning. I tried this and the question does not come up. Has anyone else had these problems? I don't see it in the "Known Issues" section of the release notes. That "DVD has been successfully verified with the installed drive" was always a comfort for me. Now I feel like I need to test every disc before giving it to the client. Which I normally do anyway but I'm burning off 82 copies of something today and it would be nice to have the Verify message come up when it's finished burning. This is for a standard DVD+R in SD, with chapter menu. Thanks!
