No audio on clients DVD

I just received a mail from a Bride,that her BLUE RAY is fine,but all sd DVD there is no audio,but before I deliver I check and it was
fine,do I miss something here,or her BLUE RAY PLAYER has to set to another audio options ?

Ask the client if using an external audio source.
