A few people are getting PAL DVD discs instead of NTSC discs. For them it doesn't matter if the Project is SD or HD. Nor does it matter if they are using Bogart 5.5c, or Bogart 6.1. Germany is looking into it. A couple have been able to delete Arabesk 6.3e in the Install Product menu, then install Arabesk 6.0a from the May Add-on Disc, and the PAL problem is gone. One guy had to do a destructive full install of Bogart 5.5c, and then install Arabesk 6.0a.
Arabesk 6.3e will burn either PAL or NTSC discs, depending on what format the Project is set to in the Project menu, so make sure you select NTSC. In Bogart 6.1 the default is PAL when you start a new project, so maybe some aren't changing it to NTSC before adding video?

Sometimes the Disc Project selector menu in Arabesk 6.3e will say it is a PAL disc when it isn't. If it plays in most players, it is probably NTSC. You can tell for sure in most computer disc playing programs, although the info is usually buried pretty deep in the menus. PAL discs will be 25 frames per second, NTSC discs are 30 frames per second.

Germany is aware of the problem, and has given it top priority. They have fixed many issues associated with this problem. Once they are certain they got all the bugs out, it will still need a quick going over by the US Beta Team.
