Trying to burn blueray DVD

I have tried several times to burn a blueray in Arabesk 6 it renders the film but then a pop up saying Bogartexe has stopped working (A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Anyone encounter this issue could you share light to this problem. I'm so use to smart edit never had this problems so it's all new to me.

Yes Lou I do have Arabesk V 6.3g.

The first thing I would try is to remove the film in arabesk, close out of it, then re-import the film from scratch. Double check all your settings to make sure it's all set for Blu-Ray.

By any chance, do you have photos in the SB? If so, copy the project to another project area. Then run Arabesk again......as a test.......after removing the photos. Again, make sure you use the copy area...add to an empty project so you have a duplicate. Meet back to us.

Also are you trying to create the DVD from the original project storyboard? I always make a scene of the entire sb then put it into a new project (with the same settings), split it there with any chapters I may want, then go to arabesk to burn. It looks like you're running B7.1? It may also help if you upgrade to V7.5. Should be a free upgrade.
