SD Card to Disk

I downloded a SD card that had HD footage on it in Medea Manager on my s-4000 pro it plays just fine; but I can not get it to transfer onto a disk of any kind. I have tried standard DVD disks and Blu -ray Disks what am I doing wrong?

Hello Kevin,
The trick is that you may be able to get it onto a DVD but your client may not be able to view or play it back on their computer, unless they have the correct software on their PC. This is like the conversation we had recently about playing video files on your own computer.
