Bogart won't import clips

Hello, I just finished a shoot and when I went to import the clips into Bogart, they fail to import. Either the progress bar starts and then freezes, or the progress bar quickly fills up and Bogart tells me the clip failed to import correctly. When it freezes I hit cancel. This causes a small vertical line in the progress bar to repeatedly move horizontally across the progress bar. And the only thing that stops it is if I use the task manager to end task for Bogart. I'm running Bogart 12.10. I've searched for an update but it says Bogart is up to date. I've tried this with multiple clips, in varying formats, in multiple projects, on multiple hard drives. I've made sure Windows is up to date. The result is the same. The clips I shot today are .mp4 at 35mbps, in 1080P. What could be going on? Thanks for any help.

And the Intel graphic drivers are the latest - or at least the versions listed here:
