seen a strobe like effect when editing my videos on Studio

I’m filming with Sony XAVC 60p, when I up load on my Studio Pro I have notice that the image is not smooth it gets s very small hesitation it does not show up on the burned DVD but annoying anyone else have notice this I’m running Bogart 10.1.

How's the Windows screen set up (resolution+refresh rate)
And the StudioPro project resolution+framerate

That will do it...the resolution should match the project. You can adjust the settings from the desktop area via your mouse...INTEL menu and DISPLAY settings as well.
Also...go to your settings....apply SIMPLE. STANDARD and even try AUTO.. Try adjusting HIGH other playback modes as well.
That may smooth out the playing issue.

Thank you S.H.I.E.L.D Agency , Lou and Garry McNally for all your help it was my refresh rate I don’t know how it changed to 59 instead of 60 but that fixed the problem. When I EMailed Garry he answered me within 20 minutes I was surprised, great customer and support, Again thanks
