TOON SHADING and STILL PICTURES

For the advanced users:
I placed a still picture which was vertical into CB PAINT. I used the MAGIC WAND tool to highlight the black borders.
After DELETING the two black borders located on each side of the still picture, I introduced a background from the PATTERNS GENERATOR located on the toolbar to the second (bottom) layer.
I then located the TOON SHADING in the FX stack and applied that setting to the actual picture in LAYER#1.
The effect is stunning. It gives a flat picture excellent depth!!!
If you want to get fancy, use your MOTION>KEYFRAMER and ROTATE the above picture from small to NORMAL so as to SPIN into the scene with the TOON EFFECT visible.
