Hi all S-4000Pro users,
I always in the past exported photos from the scene bin via cardreader to CF-Card.
Photo Transfer.
Now suddenly no export possible.
When I hit the OK button there is only a very short blinking.
Normally a very short progress bar is seen.
Same card, same cardreader the import function is OK as always.
Anyone has experienced same behaviour?
Is there maybe a possible workaround to export photos?

Re: S-4000Pro-No Photo Export via Cardreader?
'We' seem to have an issue with USB readers (again) and the ability of Bogart to register the device.
It (apparently) has already been addressed and will no doubt appear in a future update.
My solution, in the interim, was to use a USB stick memory (thumb drive).
This seems to work all the time . . .

Hi Michael,
thanks for your interim idea using a USB-Stick.
But it will import from USB-Flash Memory, but it won't export.

REPORTED ISSUE. I assume you are using 2.4 in PAL?

Hi Lou,
Yes it's 2.4 PAL.
I tried to export via Fototransfer and cardreader to CF-Flash-Card. (2 monitor mode)
CF-Flashcard is not recognized. Import and Export.
In 1 monitor mode DVI 1920x1080 same situation.
But in same 1 monitor mode a USB-Flashdrive is recognized and Import and Export was successful.
I tried 10 different exports but only 7 had full success.
Progress bar moved with each export but 3 exports as seen on PC show MCAS 000x.jpg but there is no content ( 0 KB)
I have reported to MS.

Re: S-4000Pro-No Photo Export via Cardreader?
Yes...one monitor will work for you in PAL land. You may want to try Photo Studio exports and report same to PAL users as this may have the same issue.
HDV>EXPORT PHOTO TRANSFERS require a waiting period for transfers due to big files and the fact that some thumb drives are slower...not a BOGART PAL issue. Let the flash media stay put for a minute and you will be fine. The HDV JPEGS are outstanding in BOGART.
It appears that NTSC issues and PAL issues are different at times.

Lou,
thanks for the tip, I will try.
I thought when the progress bar reaches the end this will signalize the end of each transfer?
I would have to wait longer?
