Re: Crossfade problems S-4OOO-P
That is being caused by the Project size setting I believe Franklin.
Go into the Project menu, set size to Full, go back into the Edit menu and Remove and Add the Crossfade back in and render.
I believe that will fix your issue with Crossfade.

My mom always told me that happiness was the key to life.
At school they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up.
I said “happy" and they told me I didn’t understand the question.
I told them they didn’t understand life.

It's not a Macrosystem bug but rather the usual HD re-render situation plauging most other systems. My son has this problem with another operating system on his MAC.

Re: Crossfade problems S-4OOO-P
Well, I believe the Project size issue is strictly an MS issue, but the looooooong rendering time of HD is intrinsic to the long GOP compression format of HD/HDV as Lou says.
