Quadcam new version and os8 problem

I had been using Quadcam with os7 and the only problem was strobe effect on the 4 small picture for switching, now with os8 and the new download if I pause th,e edit it will go back to the start all over again, went back to the version of quadcam before and the pause will work no problem is this someone else is having. Have a Prestige.
