Bogart 3 Final Features on MS AG Website

Saw that the final feature set for Bogart OS Version 3 is listed on the Macrosystem AG website -- which makes great sense as Hans indicated he has received his copy of the new OS. I have now for some days been using the new Bogart SE 3.0a. (I live in PAL-land). I was impressed by the new layout, especially for the one I prefer in the edit menu, 1200x720p, and the sound menu. But, I ran into some problems.

In the sound-mix menu I klicked on, first the sound belonging to the camera soundtrack, an then the envelope, to inspect the sound level. After having finished that, I klicked on OK. Then the machine shut down, and went back to the main menu, with the message that I haven't shut down the machine properly....... This didn't happen every time, just now and then.

In the finish menu I tried to play a DV-project out to DV-cassette. After a few seconds, the machine shut down, and I had to restart it (from the beginning). I tried once more, but, the same thing happened. I could not even play the film in the edit menu.

I then reinstalled my Bogart SE 2.4, and now everything seemes to be OK again.

May be I will reinstall my SE 3.x later?

I too am in PAL land, I loaded up v3 yesterday and so far all is well. I've just tried out mine to see if I can duplicate the same problems as you have. It all seems OK. I tried in both DV and HDV. I do like the new audio tools they are excellent. My machine is the S4k pro virtually the same as mine.
