Frozen Cursor
The cursor on my prestige froze on the main menu. I had turned off the machine by holding down the start button and also by unplugging to no avail. Each time I turn it on the cursor parks itself in the same spot on the main menu and freezes. Please help.

Assuming you tried another trackball:
Pull out ALL your cables after powering down.
Let the unit sit for an hour
Plug all your cables back
power-up.

What Lou says except I would power up with either the keyboard or trackball unplugged to determine if one of those is the problem.

Bingo! Thanks so much Lou and Paul. Used another Track Ball and I am back in business. Have been using Cassies since 1999 and this never happened before.
