Importing .MOV files from Canon 7D into Casablanca

Post by CasablancaExpert »

One of my website members, Syl Renaud of Reno Video Productions recently purchased the Canon 7D DSLR and worked through the process to import .MOV files from his new 7D into his Casablanca S4100 editor.

He kindly produced a short video detailing this process, which is available on my Casablanca Expert Blog here: http://bit.ly/cIbomi

Regards,
Chet

Again thank you to Lou Bruno for his never ending wisdom & tks Chet on the voice overs...great job!
Here is an example of the quality one can get from these HDSLR cameras

There are a couple more examples on my Youtube account if you want to see more.

I highly recommend this camera & if anyone has any questions I will help as much as I can.

Thank you

Very nice. Did you edit this on the Casablanca S-4100? I assume so, from the title and from Chet's comment.

All S-4100 ! ...right now there is an audio issue with the files so you would have to record the audio separately but I think this will
not be an issue in Bogart 3...lets see
none the less I think HDSLR are here to stay !

Try it with OPTIMIZED off in Media Manager. Bogart 3 should be OK and imported right from the BOGART side.
