More than a 2 hr video

Post by methuenbill »

Is there a way that Arabesk can put more than 2 hours on a dvd. Dual layer?

Sure, use the setting below Normal or use a DL DVD.
My mom always told me that happiness was the key to life.
At school they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up.
I said “happy" and they told me I didn’t understand the question.
I told them they didn’t understand life.

I had a Pannasonic dvd burner years ago. It would allow you to set the length of the burn. If you had a 2 hour and ten min project it would use the whole disk as burned vs using only a portion of the disk on a lower setting.

I'd use the Panasonic then. LOL

Seriously, you can set the authorizing to a variable like that on pretty much any PC DVD authoring sofware programs.

Reducing the video quality is one method for more time on a DVD. A different approach is on some projects it may make more since to reduce the audio quality one notch. Most people will never know the difference but this does allow for more "Normal" quality video. ;)
