If 'helpdesk' at Macrosystem are reading this, I would be extremely grateful if they would acknowledge the e-mail I sent them about ten days ago asking for help/advice on this serious problem. Despite the suggestions of all the good people on this forum my editing is at a still at standstill until a solution is found/offered by Macrosystem.

Re: Transition Problem
Hi Charles,
Thanks for this. Will ask Mike to intervene on behalf of myself and others with the same serious problem.
I would like to believe that Macrosystem will take heed of my problem but, going by their previous history, I'm not too hopeful.
kind regards,
dixons

Re: Transition Problem
Hi Charles,
Thanks for this. Perhaps if others who have the same problem come forward it will 'encourage' Macrosystem to do the honourable thing and address the situation!

Re: Transition Problem
I am a bit between a rock and a stoney place with this, at the moment as I am in contact with Germany, of course, but with their move and staff changes this has become a bit drawn out.
Things are getting back to normal now . . .
However in the mean time I'm surprised that there haven't been more people commenting on this here, affecting them too ?
Is it therefore not that common or is it because the footage on the affected machines is being mixed - Charles has assured me that it's not in his case - as on my S4000 I can create this 'bug' when mixing 16:9 and 4:3 footage time and time again but it's ok otherwise.

Re: Transition Problem
Hi all
I have gone back to 2.4 even thought I have paid for the 3. something software
but found it very unreliably to work with.
When I got the bogart 3.??? I stuffed arround for over 10 unpaid hours and just
had enough of it for the extra real time audio editing it wasn't worth the hassle.
BTW. I am on Pal like you guys in England.
This is what I did.
