I shot a show in wide screen mode16:9, can it be set to standard 4:3

Yes...
Depending on your camera or deck. Also depends upon the original format if it is HDV or SD.
If you originally shot HDV material, you can use the CROP function of your camera and/or deck when downconverting. Usually a SONY camera and/or SONY deck will suffice.
If not, simply letterbox your material to be observed in a 16:9 format on a 4:3 TV via the CINECONVERTER upon completion of the SB......make an entire scene of the SB prior to using the CINECONVERTER. This is the fastest method. However, you can convert every scene in the SCENE BIN first via the CINECONVERTER albeit a slow a tedious confusing process-multiple scenes.
