Thanks Chet I tried on your expert site and it wouldn't let me ask a question there. When I tried it came up with Outlook express and I have never been able to use that. Is that the method or did I do something wrong there as well. I am getting old and can't remember anything any more. You'd think I started in this business yesterday but its in its 29th year. The easiest and quickest way to find a tutorial or assistance on my CasablancaExpert website is to use the Search tool on the left side menu. Simply enter in the term you are looking for (in this case I entered 'hotcakes') and click Search. You are then provided with a list of articles, tutorials & streaming videos on my website to assist you.

If you do not find an article/tutorial that helps, Website Members are free and welcome to send a direct email to me with questions and I will address them privately and sometimes create a new tutorial/article because it is likely that others will benefit from this knowledge in the future.
