C2000 audio out of sync

Having constant problems with audio going out of sync. It happens with dv and svhs inputs. it cost me 40-50 hours of extra labor for 11 dance recitals last year. I sent unit in and they checked it out and of course they tell me that they are aware of issue. Almost a year later I still having same problems. Please post if having same problems. We need to get them to fix this. It was brand new in April of 2010 never has consistently worked right. Only thing that saved me was the Prestige that I ran as a backup. I have owned an AVIO,Prestige and now this C2000 paper weight!

Please post to let them know this is a problem. I've give them a year to fix and now my warranty is just about done and I don't have a reliable editing unit.

Since, I have switched over to a solid state camera, I have the same problem with my 4000. I have to load in the file and manually split it. If I use autosplit the audio is out of sync. I also have had and still have one of my Avios which I upgraded 2 times and now have the 4000.

I have a new S4100 done only 2 jobs. 1 was using input from sd Panasonic camera the other input via Sony camera with a db tape via fire wire.

On both occasions lip sync was wrong.

Has anybody else had this problem and if so can you please let me know if you have a solution as I am pulling my hair out.

My old Kron never gave me these problems
