With Bogart v4 (when it hits your shores) you can do the HD rendering in the back-ground, so you can continue using the machine.

The Arabesk bit still needs to be done and whilst this is happening you can't use the machine but at least the process is quicker as some of the work has already been done.

That would be HDV via the FINISH window.

Casablanca Unit: Casablanca Studio Pro (unable to use with latest software) The old reliable S6000 still working and using till Studio Pro works. Avio DVD, IMac, Panasonic AG-AC30, 3 Panasonic AG-UG90 last Bogart software and Arabesk release

Finished the 4k Project. It took a lot longer than I expected. Finished the Project on the Mac It turned out ok, the files were big and filled the hard drive. Not sure about HD it realy slows the process on either machine.

Oh yeah, HD is processor intensive regardless of the platform.
