s 4000 pro will not boot up

s 4000 pro will not boot up

i were rending a 1.5 hour project which after two days i try to cancel it would not so i un plug it from the wall outlet. after i reinstall current it would come on only to the little window which saids (macro system). the buttons in front do not work, no fan, nothing but stuck in macro system mode. need help

Hi, It's possible that your machine is starting up with a different monitor mode than the setting you currently use! It's a problem I've had in the past...it seems like it's stuck but in fact the monitor setting had changed from my scart connection to a different one. I can't remember how to get the monitor settings up (it is simple!!!) but I'm sure someone will come on here and let you know.

Sounds like a crash which can be fixed by removing ALL the cables attached and let the unit sit for 2 hours. Since you were rendering for an extended time, the buffer is probably so full that the boot-up is confused. If that does not work I will post the monitor/mouse method. But try this first.
