A client I just return to me the DVD and Blue Ray(59 minutes) from his Wedding
The comment was how bad is the SD DVD and Blue Ray had white lines and no sound is in several parts of the video, when explaining that BR had no menu, he laughed a lot, he saw it in recently purchased sony 42 inch late model, blue ray and DVD as well.
Any help ? or TIP to make this client HAPPY?

HUmmmm.....Never saw white lines and sounds like incompatability with his Blu-ray DVD player. Some players have difficulty playing AVCHD files, which ARABESK produces. Have him try another Blu-ray player and have him place the scene with the white lines on PAUSE via his remote. Then, hit play.
Downconverts are not good in the current ARABESK. The good news is that in ARABESK 5, there are different bit rates which make better downconverts than ARABESK 4-so I am advised.
