HELP-S-6000

Today when I turn on my s-6000, the SCREEN opens in Media Manager when
I click to Bogart after a few seconds the ecreen whont go to Bogart and returns
to Media Manager, there is no way to go to the internal HD(full of weddings)

Please any HELP !!

Franklin,

Try some basic stuff like disconnecting your keyboard (also, check to see a key is not stuck) and then turn on the machine and see if that fixed it.

If so, reconnect the keyboard and see if the problem stays gone or comes back.

If not, disconnect any and all other USB connected devices (external drives, trackball, hubs, flash drives, hubs, etc.).

I am waiting at least 12 hour so GOD will make a MIRACLE for me,I have a lot of proyects
inside the internal HD,so is time to have FAITH !

God doesn't need 12 hours, heck I can usually get the job done in one.

Worse case scenario would be to swap out the internal drive, replace it and see about accessing the drive as an external, but I doubt that is necessary.

This is likely a fairly simple glitch to jog back to normal.

Did you try disconnecting the USB devices, Franklin?

Lou and Tim !! I try all the suggestion and NOTHING the big problem is a
don't have a BACK UP from this internal HD an I CAN'T remember with projects
exactly (maybe 12 I think) are INSIDE this HD thats my BIG WORRY !! of course
they are in tape(original raw) and a few(DSLR), on MAC external HD...

A few weddings was almost FINISH

Arabesk Version?
Setting of your single monitor which format?
Front display shows what?

I searched the support forum for your problem.
For maybe first help they recommend trying to do another update of your installed Bogart version.

Hans is Bogart 4.1 I try maybe 8 times to do a UPDATE to not loose all my
proyects ARABESK 4.13,single monitor,HD format(never SD 4X3),front
display shows when the MACROSYSTEM BAR is progressing and when it finish after
a few seconds screen goes to MEDIA MANAGER, when you choose to go to BOGART
after you see HDMI little advise on the lcd mini screen, system will go again to
M.MANAGER ...

Any more help before I send ( $$$$$$), my s-6000 from Dominican Republic to
Boulder,I appreciate........
