Re: Archive folder
Simple: Go to Media Manager. Open up the music file. DELETE. Chet has a tutorial plus a DVD on Media Manager which I refer to all the time. It is worth the purchase. http://www.casablancaexpert.com

Re: Archive folder
Sorry to hear you're having difficulty Bill - there is a lot of information now with more than 600 articles, tutorials and streaming videos. Also, I like to think I am pretty responsive when contacted by my website members == try this link if you are having trouble logging in: http://cassieexpert.live.subhub.com/methuenbill wrote:I have signed up with chet but I have a hard time logging in and when I get in its hard to find the things I need help with. As for finding what you need let me suggest the following:
* A short (5-minute) video that suggests methods for finding what you need.
http://www.casablancaexpert.com/articles/searchtools
* Use the 'Search' bar at left middle of any webpage - the onsite search engine is pretty amazing!
* On the lower left side you'll find 'Tips by Software Title'
and directly beneath that are the main menu screens in the Casablanca with articles/tutorials cross referenced in those groups.
Again, if you ever have difficulty finding a particular article or tutorial, I welcome a direct email. I will happily point you to the onsite resource - and if perchance I don't have one already that answers you question, I will use the opportunity to create one!
Regards,
Chet

Re: Archive folder
You are responsive when I have asked. It was just a suggestion to add an index page.

Re: Archive folder
Thanks for your dialog (off-list) Bill, I will take your suggestion and place the link for the Tips by Software Title in a more conspicuous place, making it easier for members to find what they're looking for.
Thanks!
Chet
