There is a Rotate 2, not sure what effects pack it is in that allows up to a 45 degree rotation, so used twice would do what you want, but there will be degradation.

Maybe use a photo manipulation program, either one you that you may have in your Cassie or a pc program like the picture viewer utility or other image manipulation program.

You don’t say how you imported the still, but if it was via Photo Studio 2, from the “Edit” screen there is a button on the lower left called “Rotate”, which allows you to rotate the still in 90deg steps.
