Smart Edit Chapter Menu question

It's been a while since I've done this, so I need some reminding on the proper procedure.
On my current project, which is one film with many chapters, I have created a Chapter Menu to my satisfaction, but how do I activate it from the main menu ?
Where do I get a stamp that I can add the text "To Chapter Menu" ?
In the Main Menu, I have a stamp where I have added the text "Play All" which plays the whole program, but I also need a stamp that can take me to the Chapter Menu.
