I'm running a song as a music bed behind a string of stills with crossfades between them. What is the title effect that lets me run the lyrics over a group of scenes?

Actually you can do this with pretty much any of the Title Effects. It is produced using the 'Range' function in the Title Menu. Here is a short tutorial on this capability: http://cassieexpert.live.subhub.com/articles/20090122_3
