Timed recording Bogart?
Now that my trusty Renommee Plus is on it's way to Boulder for re-incarnation, I am forced to try and use the S4kPro on some simple task. It is equipped with Bogart OS 4.1g. A simple task of recording 8 second SD 4:3 still slide scenes from an S-Video feed has resulted in scenes that are 8:00, 9:00, 9:02, and 9:03 seconds long. I only tried a few for a test as I had already completed the project with a working Reno + transferring 320 slides to 8 second scenes. All the scenes were exactly 8 seconds long. Yes, I know I can use Power Key to trim them all to 8:00 but why should I have to? Any suggestion as to how to get the S4000 Pro to work as it should and record 8 seconds consistently???

Not sure on that one - the 'time' record feature has often come and gone through various versions of Bogart
Tried it here on my S4000 (Bogart v5.1 though) and it's working fine.

I may try that when it gets here. So far I have not jumped on the OS 4.5 as it seems to have issues of it's own. 4.1g has been the best version for me so far. My old reno+ units have me spoiled. They work flawlessly until a hardware item dies. Like a Duracell battery, they just keep going and going and going.
