green screen on playback

I burned a dvd-dl disk in arabask with menu and chapters. on playback after choosing from the menu, the screen is green but the audio is there and chapter menu works. Each chapter is green, but the audio plays correctly for each chapter. Settings in Bogart 4.3 were set 1440x1080 30, 16:9. Arabesk 5 was in DVD authroing mode, write speed 8x. I had previously successfully burned a Blu-ray disk of the same film. Should i have changed the format mode in Bogart back to hdv before importing again the film into Arabesk for DVD authoring instead of Blu-ray authoring? I back tracked and noticed it was in mts.

I've had the same experience with Arabesk 5, and never found a way around it. Switched back to 4 so I could get my work done.

This just happen to me yesterday, my settings are DVD authoring for DVD burn (Blue Ray was fine BURN),and I get GREEN screen,the AUDIO is
there but GREEN IMAGE,any help from MS ? this is the NEW ARABESK 5

i was told by chet that this was odd and to call into macrosystem with the problem since it may be new to arabesk 5. if we all do this maybe someone will take this further.

Same thing happened to me....Went back to earlier version...
