DVD media won't verify in the S-3000

I have a Avio, Prestige and a S-3000. From day one after purchasing the S-3000 7 to 8 out of 10 of the DVD media I burn will not verify in the the S-3000. That has never happened in the Avio or the Prestige. I use JVC DVD-R media formally Tayio Yuden. The DVD+R media is worse the -R media. I can take an unverified disc from the S-3000, load it in the Prestige, burn a new disc and it will verify. Does anyone else have the same problem and how important is it to have the disc verified. Thank you.

I haven't had the problem of not verifying the DVD. HOWEVER, after burning several hundreds of DVDs without a defective burn I recently stopped using the verify feature. On long format DVDs it seems a significant waste of time.

I to had this problem but only after updating o/s to latest version, my S6000 is rendering at present but from memory go in to Arabesk settings and untick the verify option it should verify discs as before
