I have two scenes in the storyboard and have applied the PIP effect. What I get when I play it back is the first scene, then the PIP effect for one frame at the end of the first scene then the second scene plays. I have tried both the PIP transition effect and PIP Studio and get the same result. I have tried it with both scenes the same length and the second scene shorter than the first scene. I'm sure I am missing a very simple step.
Also, the effect I am going for is basically a split screen. Is there a better way to do this than PIP?

Have you adjusted the length of the effect? It defaults at one second, but you can adjust it to the length you desire. The box for this is in the upper left side of the transition screen.

Well that was easy. See what happens when you don't use this thing all the time?
Thanks!
Thanks!
