Any Solitaire users out there...............before I buy this cable, has anyone tried to load music via USB to RCA ports? Will the Solitaire accept the music from the computer?

Hi Tom,

I've imported music into my Smart Edit machine via the analog RCA jacks and also by ripping CDs. I don't know what procedure or cable you are referring to.

I’m not sure you can do this, although I admit I have never tried. Like Craig I am not aware of a USB to RCA lead.

The output from a USB device will be digital, whereas the RCA ports are analog, so unless I am missing something this will not work.

What I have done and know works is plug a jack into my PC headset socket and feed this into the RCA sockets, but this is all analog and is in real time.
