They say there is no such thing as a dumb question... I have a S6000, will there ever be any new software coming out that will enable my unit to edit 60P HD directly (USB) from a Sony HDR PJ-790? Will I have to continue shooting and converting 60i to 30P? Really do not want to have to go out and buy a new laptop... I bought the S6000 because it was a stand alone editing unit.

You will be able to edit 60P in Bogart 7 ... however we don't know when it will be released for the standalone units. It is available with the upcoming release in B4W. Might benefit you greatly to tune in to the webinar on Saturday.
