Hello Ron,

As I just mentioned in the Private Message to you - If it is an urgent Support question/situation I always recommend a telephone call to our Support Team at (303) 801-1010.

Email is subject to Spam filters, etc. and a Tech Support question can often be dispatched with one telephone converstaion instead of multiple email exchanges.

Yes, the email support addresses posted here here are currently active and answered regularly:
