TRANSFER 5.1 camera to S6000 Surroundsound

Post by stonepatterson »

I have a Sony HDR PJ790. It shoots with surround sound mic. How do I transfer that 'surround' sound 5.1 to my S6000 surround sound? I have purchased the surround sound software, only used it for small projects by adding and not transferring audio from camera. I was extremely carefully in the recording of audio from camera. How is it done? Cannot find any info on how to do it. Thanks.

Open your audio effect pack. Scroll to the area with different Surround Sounds....some are better than others...so, use your preview. The main issue is that most monitors are stereo as are any amplifiers connected. Usually two speakers or in my case a bass speaker. It is important to make a sample and play on your home system if you have rear speakers. Time consuming but 'cool' as I used it for a passing train. Just be care of over modulation. So in the audio bin make sure you click on the overmod icon.
