what's the best way?
I have a sound recorder, and a number of different ways to get the sound in the Casablanca-1) card reader for the SD cards it saves to, 2) USB cable to plugs in the back, and 3) high impedance jacks from device to the unit. Is there a best way< with least noise?

Hi VideoJim,
I think that by a process of elimination there's only one 'current' way to do this with your unit, from your list.
As the Casablanca doesn't accept audio via a card reader or USB that leaves the high impedance jacks.
Alternatively you could transfer the audio to a CD and use that - if it's more convenient.
