Audio, CD, and MP3

I recorded a :30 sec radio commercial into our Kron, layed down a music track and wrote a CD. The CD plays fine in our PC and in our home entertainment CD player. I was trying to save a trip to the radio station so I converted the audio on the CD to a Mp3 file via Windows Media Player. I then sent the audio file to the radio station. My first email from them was that it worked and sounded fine playing on the PC. When they loaded the file onto their broadcast system all that was heard was the music track. No voice. I went ahead and carried the CD to the station and it sounds fine.

Do any of you possibly know what I did to create this problem? If so, do you have any solutions? I recorded voice and music to the left channel with nothing on the right channel.
