I'm a stranger to CB paint.
To utilize it, do you have to use a VGA (computer) monitor?
I've downloaded the manual but have not yet printed it as it is a distressing 115 pages. Daunting!
Are there any DVD or video tutorials. A picture is worth 1000 words. Demonstrations are much easier to learn
visually.
Thanks
Still learning slowly but surely.

Yes, you have to have a VGA monitor in addtion to your "TV" monitor to use CB Paint. I know MacrosystemUS has several tutorial DVD's because I have a couple of them, they were free bee's at one of the seminars or get together, but I've never seen them on the website, and with Chet gone, I dont know who you'd ask.
The manual is just about worthless. The software is made by a french company for Macrosystem DE and them sold here as well. So it seems like the manual was translated from french to german to english by someone who was drinking snapps at the time To say somethings lost in the translation is an understatement.
I did a little presentation on CB Paint last year at the MGT and I think Jim Meeker has most of the programs for sale.
If you dont get anything from MSUS let me know and I'll get you copies.

Re: Any DVD tutorials on CB paint?
Hello Alan,
As Chris pointed out, there are two tutorial DVDs available on CB Paint:
CB Paint 1: Getting Started and CB Paint 2:More Fun (I dont honestly remember its title right now), These are pretty good, the onscreen presenter is Don Ballance a guy who knows his CBP quite well.
You can order these from the MSUS Boulder office at (303) 440-5311 - punch the # for inside sales. I believe you would only need to pay for shipping & handling as these are free resources.
I do plan on having CB Paint 1/2 tutorials and resources available on my new website in the near future.
Regards,
Chet
