When I changed from SolitairePlus to S-4000Pro all my software was registered for the new machine.
I received a printed list that looks like the example you posted.
I have asked MSDE to send me this file again as "e-file" in email attachment.
Activation codes are no secret since they only function with the owner's machine serial number.

Well, the code procedure does not work here in NTSC land. Spent hours last night.
I made a .txt file exactly the same method as Vincent posted of all of my codes; 3D effects_1: 12345678910..... I even placed the serial# of the unit with and without a hyphen. I then tried naming the .txt file in both singular and plural-in German and in English plus three USB drives to NO avail.
Maybe Vincent can send out an actual PDF of his sheet so we can observe the format. The number code is a non-issue as it pertains to his unit and is not a universal code system.

Hello everybody!!!!!, we are drifting off the subject of my confusion. All my software is in the DEMO mode since I installed OS 1.3 and 2.0 for the third time, I'm dead in the water and sinking.

Is it an actual software you activate first or just a file of your activation codes.

I'm not surprise by the reaction of MS...I'm used to, don't worry, they'll probably put out all that stuff soon...
To Tim...no it is not an actual software, it's just a simple text file with the activation codes.
The procedure is exactly the one I described before...you have to plug your usb key when the machine is allready turned on, then you go to system settings, install new products, insert your cd with the softs, clik on the soft you want to activate, then it takes one or two seconds, and then it's automatically activated.
This works only for the Bogart SE softs, and not (yet) for those in the Media Manager (premium packet...).
I'll send you the file, so that you can see how it is...
