Has the update been made available for OS8?
I went back to OS7 because of the bugs.
I appreciate any response.

SmartEdit 8.1 is still in beta testing at this time.

I didn't realize there were bugs in Smart Edit 8. I've been trying to tell myself and justify in some logical fashion that I should have to spend $200 for this "upgrade" so I can finally get my audio to fade out properly instead of it just cutting off.
I guess I could keep doing the hit or miss silent scene sample work-around, extra steps and more time editing that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Love the company and my Cassie but can't for the life of me figure out why it took years to correct and is now touted as a "feature" of Smart Edit 8.
