Frame Grab

How do I get a frame grab, highest quality possible, that I can transfer to my PC without resizing the 4:3 format?

Hi All, Just to round this off . . . Using Photo Transfer to get the images off the Casablanca resulted in a file size of 44Kb for DV and 276Kb for HDV. Once opened from their JPEG format this equated to 1.11Mb and 3.34Mb respectively - very printable!
