I think they play dumb in Colorado about these problems.
Last week I spoke with Chuck about this and he told me they weren't aware of this problem and he was going to pass my problem and comments on to Justin.
That was last week, over this past weekend I sent an e-mail to Josh with a photo JPG and a JPG background and also the final results. I feel sometimes 1 picture is worth a 1000 words. I sent them three pictures, so I guess I got 3000 words worth.
I hope they get this fixed ASAP for all of us users and not wait until a new OS. I firmly believe in fixing what they broke before they go and break something else.

To Everybody that uses BB Copy Rectangle.
I spoke to Bruce from headquarters this evening. Bruce informed me that they are aware of this problem and the third party author of this program has been advised.
When will it get fixed is anybody's guess, but at least we are all not crazy (just some of us)!!!

Can anyone tell me the steps to remove (make invisible) unwanted background color from a logo, using Blue Box World?
the logo (now a jpg) sits in a white box, it is so ugly! That is how it was sent to me. I got the background to become a transparency in Adobe Photoshop, but as soon as I save it on an SD card as a jpg, the white background returns.

I was thinking Blue Box World could do this, make the background go away, leaving just the logo?

Waiting with baited breath. Wish I had taken Jim's class on Blue Box World. I mainly need tips for importing and sizing, and fixing logos, as I make a lot of 30 sec. commercial spots for TV.

You could also pick up a copy of Macrosystem's Video Manual vols. 1 & 2. There's a discount for Club Casablanca members.

CB PAINT can do this operation:


.Import project with LOGO

.SELECT TOOL or LASO tool

.SELECT ALL

.DELETE

.Only the logo will be left left-

.Render timeline then RENDER to storyboard.
