WEIRD!!

I finished a 1 hour piece about 1:00 this morning and I left my cassie on and rendering, which I have done a thousand times before. This morning when I came to my studio the screen was a pale gray and the computer was locked up. The only option was to un-plug it. I powered it up and I looked in the film bin and the film I had added was there so I burned a dvd and when it was done I attempted to play it in the Cassie and it said it couldn't play it it was most probably not recorded with Arabesk. I then put it in a regular DVD player and it said disc Error. I removed the project from the film bin and am currently adding film again. I am hoping it does ok this time. Does anyone else leave their Cassie unattended while it renders? Is this a bad Idea? Anyone have any idea what could have happened? After almost 10 years with these editors, thats the first time thats happened. Thanks in advance for any help or advise. Bob...
