Re: Dvd from a Flash card in a camera
There are about 8 to 10 flavors of AVI. Hopefully, it is AVI 2 which your AVIO will read via disc transfer software.
On you PC......place an empty CD in your drive
.Place the flash drive/card/cf/SD card etc into one of your PC's card slots or use a CARD READER which is plugged into your PC's USB port.
.SIMPLY....click and open your flash card file
.Go to my computer and open up the CD drive
.DRAG the file into the open CD DRIVE window
METHOD 2: Right click on the AVI file and SEND TO the DRIVE with the CD and import the files-----render----finalize
**USING THE AVIO
NOW.......................take the disc out of the computer and into you AVIO, provided you have a DVD drive and then engage your DISC TRANSFER software in the NEW section. Follow the prompt and IMPORT the AVI file(s) into the designated AVIO scene bin.
If this does not work, then your client gave you an unrecognizable AVI file that the AVIO can not open or read.

.Place mouse over the AVI file in the e-mail
. Right- Click mouse and SAVE TARGET or SAVE to desktop or a folder of your choice
.Send to desktop or folder and it will download to same.
.Follow my directions above.
.Either right click on the DESKTOP ICON and send to the drive where you placed the CD or OPEN the drive and DRAG the clip into the open CD file.
Go to the AVIO instructions above.
